Link Planning is a consultancy practice with a wealth of expertise gained within the Construction Industry. Our team have all worked for major contractors and gained valuable experience over many years.

We work closely with our Clients to plan and implement the most efficient and cost effective programmes by understanding the needs and objectives of the project. It is the detailed approach at the early stages that can lead to the successful delivery of the project and avoid many disputes and claims.

PROJECT PLANNING SUPPORT

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

During this stage we determine accurate and realistic project time frames.

CONSTRUCTION

We develop and maintain the contract programme; managing and controlling programme information whilst promoting strong governance.

DELAY ANALYSIS

In the event of a claim Link Planning is able to provide support in assessing entitlement and identify the causes and effect of delay on the project.

Mark Williams

Mark has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years and has a wealth of experience and proven track record of succes in all sectors. Mark trained as a Site Engineer with McTay before becoming a sub-agent for Eden Construction. He also spent two years in the estimating department as a tender planner. In addition Mark worked for eight years at Birse Construction as Principal Planner and five years as Chief Planner at Spencer, before holding a Senior Planner position at BAM for eight years. In 2012 he founded Link Planning Services.
